The purpose of TSC is to promote inclusive teaching and learning practices (§1302.92(c), §1302.60, §1302.92(b)(1) and §1302.61(a)) and to provide evidence-based strategies in decreasing the numbers of suspensions or expulsions due to a child’s behavior (§1302.17(a) & (b), as well as to build capacity to bring about organizational change around interfacing with IEP and IFSP teams. TSC is a multi-level professional development/coaching approach intended to build knowledge and skills in early childhood inclusive practices.

This coaching support will be a team-to-team approach, in which team will work together on team simulated exercises.
