TSC is offered to Early Head Start, Head Start, CSPP, CCTR, Home-Based, Center-Based family childcare. Each program year, Inclusive ECE will offer 25 TSC events to delegate agencies (excluding those agencies supported by Intensive Individualized Coaching (IIC)).
There are two ways to participate in TSC:
1. Professional Development Trainings are small group trainings intended to support all DA staff including instructional staff. These events have a narrow focus and each event has a simulated component such as breakout rooms with scenarios, case studies, or activities.
2. Training and Technical Assistance Request is designed for teaching support staff (i.e. all area Coordinators, Educational Supervisors including local site directors, Regional Site Directors (RSD), Service Area Supervisors (SAS), Center directors and/or Educational Coaches). This coaching support will be a team-to-team approach, in which team will work together on team simulated exercises.
