Accommodations and Modifications

Understanding the diverse range of disabilities and how to support children with disabilities can be very difficult for staff and administrators in a general education setting. This training provides both staff and administrators best practice techniques on accommodations and instructional approaches for children based on their disability, as well as how to read and interpret the IFSP and IEP, and the importance of implementing an inclusive classroom. Resources include the California Preschool Curriculum Foundations, the California Infant/Toddler Learning & Development Foundations, and the California ECE competencies®.
